Kinsman Home Watch of Vero Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fifth year.

Owner Nathan Gavel is a U.S. Army veteran with a background in public safety and private security. He has protected high-profile government facilities and personnel around the globe. Nathan was very fortunate to grow up in Vero Beach. He takes pride in providing high-quality Home Watch services to his Vero Beach neighbors.

Nathan started Kinsman Home Watch after his family home was damaged during a storm. A neighbor who was watching the property didn’t notice the damage, which made the issue more severe and costly. Nathan wanted to help others so they wouldn’t have to endure a similar situation.

Nathan is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which places him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Nathan’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
