Some closings mean a little more than just handing over the keys.

I’ve known this client for nearly 20 years, going all the way back to our high school days, and I’ve been fortunate enough to watch life take us through a lot of different chapters since then. To now have had the opportunity to help him and his wife more than once with buying and selling real estate is something I genuinely appreciate.

This time, the journey brought them to Austin, Texas, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead for them. Relocating comes with a lot of moving pieces, decisions, patience, and hard work, and these two handled it all incredibly well.

There are a lot of Realtors someone can choose to work with, which is why having past clients come back and trust me again means so much. Repeat business isn’t something I ever take for granted. It’s one of the greatest compliments I can receive because it tells me that the relationship and trust we built the first time meant something.

To both of you, thank you for allowing me to be part of another chapter of your lives. Thank you for your patience, your hard work, your friendship, and most importantly, for continuing to put your trust in me as your Realtor.

Congratulations to my clients and friends Kyle & Brittany on their Double Closing! I helped them buy their First Home back in 2018 when they were just a sweet young couple. I’m honored they called me almost 8 years later to say they were ready to sell their cute First Home and buy a larger Forever Home and wanted my help again, that is the biggest compliment any Realtor can ask for. So we hit the ground running. We searched and searched until the perfect home came across our path, and having a large shop was definitely a bonus! And the rest will be their happy history in a home perfect to raise their family!
I want to thank others involved with helping to make Kyle & Brittany’s dreams come true, because it takes more than just one realtor to make things happen. Thanks to Sarah Rowlands and Cat Jones for being professional and knowledgeable Realtors. I look forward to working with them again one day.
