Closing #4 & #5 … phew! What a whirlwind. So thankful for my very patient Seller/Buyer today, while waiting for a wire, waiting for confirmations and an additional walk-through. So glad that we were able to get everything done, get everyone into their new home and even with a little bit of being “on the edge of your seat”, everyone maintained patience, and it all worked out in the end!!  What a day!

Closing #2 (& #3) today… so much went into getting this one to the closing table, that I, myself, almost lost faith. However, with a great Investor and the ability to figure out how to take down barriers, and work things out for all parties, we were able to successfully close this one today. Thank you to Surety Title Company for all of the help getting this one to the table.
