Today, our team kicked off Onward Bold, an intensive six-week journey focused on elevating our professionalism, sharpening our expertise, and becoming even better at serving the people who trust us with one of life's biggest decisions.

Real estate is constantly evolving, and we believe our clients deserve agents who never stop learning, growing, and striving to raise the bar. That's exactly what this experience is all about.

Today we had the privilege of learning from someone who means so much to me personally and professionally — my production coach and dear friend, Ray McCune. ❤️

Ray and I have worked together for years in the leadership side of real estate, and I’m always grateful for the wisdom, encouragement, and perspective he brings.

Today’s Lunch & Learn wasn’t just about business.

We talked about our BIG WHY.
🎯 Staying focused on what truly matters.
🙏 Trusting God’s plan for our lives.
❤️ And making sure the way we build our businesses aligns with the life we’re actually called to live.

One of the things I love most about our company is that we have the freedom to create an environment where God, Family, and Business can be aligned in the right order.
