-March is wrapping up and Q1 is officially in the books… and let me tell you—the Spring Market is NOT playing 🌸🏡

This past week alone, I had the honor of helping two families close on their homes (cue the happy tears and champagne 🥂). One is stepping into their very first home—hello, new beginnings! The other? Their last home… and let’s just say it involves a fixer-upper and some BIG HGTV-worthy plans. I cannot wait to watch that transformation unfold!

On the seller side, I listed a super cute Wake Forest ranch. It hit the market and was under contract in just days (because yes…these sellers followed my advice and did everything I asked of them. Preparation is key - especially with pets 🐶 ).
