Examples may include:

✔️ Other information that could significantly impact the property's value or desirability

In North Carolina, real estate brokers have a legal duty to disclose known material facts—even if a seller prefers not to.

A septic system is designed to handle wastewater for a specific number of bedrooms. If a home is advertised with more bedrooms than the septic permit allows, it could lead to unexpected challenges down the road.
