One of the things I’m most grateful for is that I don’t have to do this alone.

This photo was taken earlier this year in Aruba with our Sales Manager, Lisa Holden , and our Operations Manager, Matt Cilbrith. Behind every successful business is a team of people who care deeply, lead consistently and take ownership.

Lisa and Matt help keep our agents supported, our clients served and our company moving forward every single day. Their leadership allows me to focus on growing the business, supporting our team and just as importantly, being present for my family and enjoying life outside of work.

Building a great company isn’t about doing everything yourself. It’s about surrounding yourself with great people. I’m incredibly thankful to have these two in my corner❤
