🎀 Ribbon Cutting Celebration in Hartford’s North End 🎀
San Juan Center and Carabetta Companies were joined by Office of Governor Ned Lamont, Hartford Mayor Arunan Arulampalam, and Luke Bronin and community leaders this past Wednesday for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of their Arrowhead Project in Hartford.

With more than $3 million in financing from Capital for Change, the Arrowhead development brings new life to Hartford’s North End, featuring 45 residential units, 7,300 square feet of commercial space, a public courtyard, and off‑street parking.
