Mourning the loss of a beautiful soul alongside our community! 💔

We had the chance to know Jena for a short time through one of our favorite Wallingford businesses, The Bees Knees Bistro. The smile and warmth we felt from her every time we stepped into her hive is something we will always remember and miss. 🐝 She made us feel like she’s known us for years every time we stopped by.

After reading all the stories about Jena, it is so clear that this is who she was— a bright light and a girl who has touched the lives of all she met. We wished we could have known Jena for longer but are very grateful for the chance to know her at all. Jena will live on in our community for years to come and we will always think of her anytime we visit Bees Knees. 🪽❤️

To her family, friends & loved ones— we are so sorry for your loss! You have all been in our thoughts and prayers since we heard the news. May you find peace in all the wonderful words and memories shared from all that knew Jena. 🤍
