I had an absolutely BLAST at the Hop Into Spring event at the Danville Livery Shopping Center this past Saturday—I know, I'm super late posting! 😅 (Busy going on brokers and caravan tours!)

I hope everyone who came got to see the cutest bunnies that were next to our station. I am envious of everyone who got to pet one!

I can't wait for the next event. It was fun spending time with other agents and all of the kids who were delighted to have a plant to take home. Remember: a little water and some sunlight goes a long way!

Hey East Concord!

Mortgage rates moved a little lower today. The 30-year fixed rate fell eight basis points to 6.29%, according to the Zillow lender marketplace. It’s the first break we've seen in a week.

And while all of this is going on, homes are still selling, buyers are still buying—and you could see success in this market!

There are 24 active East Concord listings with 12 pending sales. Homes are on the market for an average of 46 days, listed at about $842,000 on average and selling at $822,000 on average.

This means two things: homes are still moving quickly, and we have moved toward a buyer's market as the bidding wars settle down while interest rates are high. Less competition means buyers may have to come out of pocket a little less than they had been previously.

You may be asking yourself, "Is now REALLY the right time to buy?" I say if you have the right support—absolutely! I pride myself in my ability to make you comfortable with the home-buying process.
