What does it cost to buy in your favorite DC neighborhood?

We put 12 months of Bright MLS closed sales side by side for all 32 DC neighborhoods on wardman.ai. Median prices ran from $315,000 in Foggy Bottom, where most sales are condos and co-ops, to $2.85 million in Spring Valley, where every sale was a house. Citywide, the median was $683,000: $485,000 for a condo or co-op and $900,000 for a house.

The guide also shows where a condo sold for under $500,000, where a house sold for under $1 million, and how quickly homes moved in each neighborhood.
