Dollar General To Build A New Store in Wolcott,CT

Dom Giglio of Giglio Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that he has recently sold 1.25 acres of land at 1651 Wolcott Rd. in Wolcott, CT to Garrett Homes, LLC for the construction of a new 9,100 S/F Dollar General Store.

This will make a second location for the Retailer. The Company said in its press release that they plan on opening 1,000 stores in the fiscal year 2020.

The Company was founded 80 years ago and operates 16,094 stores in 44 states.

This new location will be adjacent to the former Illusions Dance Club & Restaurant which is also being marketed for sale by Giglio Commercial Real Estate.

Dom Giglio represented the Seller ODL, LLC and Mike Alberico of Atlantic Realty represented the buyer.

ARCHWAY PLAZA SOLD TO INVESTMENT GROUP


Dom Giglio is pleased to announce that he has recently sold the Archway Plaza, 515 Wolcott St. in Waterbury.

The property is comprised of two buildings and the tenants include, CT Renaissance, Academy of Medical Training, Waterbury Veterinary, New England Home Care, and To***co Shop.

They buyer was CKS Realty and the Seller was Casa Real Estate. The sales price was $1,465,000.00 and Dom Giglio represented both the seller and buyer in this transaction.

Dom Giglio of Giglio Commercial Real Estate and Bob Bowden of R. Calabrese Agency, LLC completed a long-term lease at 137 Mattatuck Heights in Waterbury.

Giglio represented the tenant, Koslow Technologies Corporation of Texas, and Bowden represented the landlord, Napoli Mattatuck, LLC.

The tenant will use the 15,572 S/F building to manufacture water filters.
