TWO CLOSINGS! 🎉🏡

A little bit of everything last week!

First, this lot in Remlok came to me as a referral from Becky Demond. This one was easy peasy, and I’m so thankful to Becky for sending them my way and to the sellers for trusting me!

I also had the pleasure of representing the sellers on the sale of their home. They originally had the home listed as For Sale By Owner before reaching out to me to help get it sold. We had a few bumps along the way, but we worked through them and made it to the closing table!

A big thank you to Monroe County Title for helping us on both transactions!

We are expecting a big crowd tonight as Waterloo hosts Columbia in the Route 3 Rivalry!

Fans are encouraged to arrive early and review the attached traffic maps before heading to Waterloo High School. To help keep traffic moving, please have your admission payment ready when you arrive. Cash Only.

Pre-game Parking:
-Columbia fans use the RIGHT lane on Bulldog Blvd to park in the BLUE east lot.
-Waterloo fans use the MIDDLE lane on Bulldog Blvd to park in the ORANGE lot.
-NO ENTRY from Old Red Bud Rd. before the game.

Post-game Exit:
* BLUE lot exit via Old Red Bud Rd.
* ORANGE lot exit via Bulldog Blvd.

Admission:
Adults: $5 Students/Seniors: $2 WHS Students with ID: FREE

Schedule:
7:00 PM - Official Coin Toss / Scholar Athlete Scholarship Presentation
7:25 PM - National Anthem performed by Waterloo Bulldog Bands
7:30 PM - Kickoff
