Thinking about buying or selling a home? 🏡 Before you choose a Realtor, ask these 3 questions FIRST! 👇

1️⃣ How available are you — including nights & weekends?
Real estate doesn’t always happen between 9–5. You want an agent who communicates consistently, responds when something is time-sensitive, and clearly explains what you can expect from them throughout the process.

2️⃣ What am I paying you, and what am I getting for it?
Don’t just focus on the number — ask what VALUE comes with it. A great Realtor should be able to clearly explain their compensation, what services they provide, how they market your home if you’re selling, and how they’ll represent and advocate for you throughout the transaction.

3️⃣ What’s your strategy when there are multiple offers?
This is a BIG one. 👏 If you’re buying, your agent should know how to make your offer competitive without simply saying, “Offer more money!” If you’re selling, they should know how to compare price AND terms to determine which offer is truly the strongest. The highest offer isn’t always the BEST offer!

At the end of the day, you’re trusting someone to help guide you through one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make.

Interview your Realtor. Ask questions. And choose someone you trust to communicate, advocate and negotiate for YOU. ❤️🏡

Some stories are hard to share, but sometimes sharing them can help bring hope to someone else.

Thank you will never feel like enough for everyone who donated to our Back-to-School Drive for The Women’s Center in Waukesha. Your generosity helped provide support, comfort, and a reminder to children and families that they are not alone.

This organization holds such a special place in my heart. My family has experienced the devastating impact of abuse and violence, and while I don’t believe grief ever completely leaves us, I do believe healing can come through helping others.

Every backpack, every school supply, and every act of kindness is a reminder that love is stronger than darkness.

Thank you for helping me turn something painful into something meaningful. ❤️
