🌅 5:00 AM closing? Challenge accepted. 🔑🏡

This morning my alarm went off at 4:00 AM so we could make a 5:00 AM closing happen in Merrill—and I'd do it all over again.

Why? Because real estate isn't a 9-to-5 job when you're committed to your clients.

The sellers had a unique situation where they needed my buyers to sign before normal business hours so they could seamlessly close on the sale of their home and purchase their next one. Instead of saying it couldn't be done, everyone worked together to make it happen.

A huge thank you to Rori at Avenue Title - Wausau for being just as dedicated and willing to think outside the box. This was definitely not your typical closing—we met off-site and well before the title office even opened—but together we made it happen.

And the biggest congratulations to my amazing first-time home buyers! 🏡❤️ Not only are they homeowners, but they're also getting ready to welcome their little one into the world. What an exciting new chapter for your growing family!

Moments like this are exactly why I love what I do. Whether it's 5:00 AM or 5:00 PM, I'm here to work for you. Real estate is so much more than putting a sign in the yard or submitting an offer — it's navigating negotiations, timelines, inspections, appraisals, and countless details along the way.
