We've been pretty busy lately! What have we been up to & what's planned?

✔️ Replacing a hot water heater
✔️ Showing & renting out our Studio apartment
✔️ Listing & scheduling showings for a 2 bed/1bath
✔️ Painting some porch rails
✔️ Seasonal lawncare at a few properties
&....renovating a NEW property, we can't wait to wrap up & post the before & after, but for now here's a picture 📷 still have some repairs and paint & final touches to complete 😊

Use:

-Curtain track
-Folding screen
-Slatted wood divider
This creates a semi-private sleeping area so it feels more like a 1-bedroom-lite setup.

Murphy Bed / Daybed Setup
-A Murphy bed or stylish daybed makes the space feel bigger during the day while still functioning as a bedroom at night.

Lofted Bed Concept
If ceilings are decent height:
- Loft the bed
- Put a desk, couch, or dresser underneath
- Makes the apartment feel way larger.

“Zones” Layout
Create distinct areas:

The Waverly Fire Department will be hosting a bicycle/wagon/stroller decorating contest for the Memorial Day Parade Monday May 25th!

There will be a $25 prize for the winner in each of 5 categories:
• Most Patriotic
• Oldest
• Youngest
• Best Overall Bike
• Best Overall Wagon/Stroller.

Judging will be held at 9:30am beside the Pike County Courthouse.

All contestants are invited to ride in the parade following the judging. The parade will kick off at 10:00am.

We’ve had a lot of messages and calls recently asking about upcoming rentals, so we wanted to give a little update!

We currently have a couple properties being renovated and plan to have available this summer. We’ll post full details, photos, pricing, and availability dates as soon as renovations are complete. 🏡

In the meantime, we appreciate everyone’s patience while we balance renovations, maintenance and small projects on our currently rented properties, along with squeezing in some much-needed time with family and friends too.
