Lake White Village Rentals Lake White Village owns, rents & manages homes within Pike County, Ohio. Locally owned & operated 🏘🏡🎣 A new application is required for each property we post.

We do not have a waitlist & don't save applications. An application does not guarantee you a property. It does help us to understand what you're looking for and your contact information so we can reach out quickly. If your application is incomplete and/or missing proper references, your application will not be considered. DO NOT STOP BY & LOOK AROUND THE PREMISES. People live there & don't enjoy random people snooping around. We're sure if you were the Tenant, you wouldn't like it either. If you have questions, send us a message. Background checks are required for all 18+. References a must- at least 1 must be a prior landlord. NO parents or family/friends. Your application will be dismissed if you don't have proper references. Security deposit is due to hold a property after you have toured a property & been selected as a tenant. First month's rent is due prior to or at the latest, at lease signing, in order to sign the lease, get keys, & move-in. Our rents are due on the 1st of the month and tenants have a grace period until the 5th to pay. The late fee is applied on the 6th day if rent isn't paid in full. Some units allow pets for an additional fee & some do not allow pets.

Winter drawdown begins November 2nd! 🍂❄️

IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR!

The winter drawdown at LAKE WHITE STATE PARK will begin on Monday, November 2, 2026. The flood gate will be lowered one foot per week until the lake is down to winter pool.

Residents around LAKE WHITE should begin removing their boats this week or next.

If you have any questions, please call the park office at Pike Lake State Park 740-493-2212, option 3 for the office.

🏡 **A Friendly Reminder About Hanging Decor** 🖼️

Please use the proper nails, hooks, and anchors when hanging pictures and decorating your home! Small finishing nails or picture-hanging hooks work great for lightweight decor. For TVs and heavier items, always use a stud finder and the proper mounting hardware.

🔨 A pack of finishing nails is inexpensive, and many come with plenty of nails to use throughout a home.

🚫 An 8-inch nail shoved into the wall is NOT the solution. 😅 Using the wrong hardware can cause unnecessary wall damage and costly repairs.

Pike County Department of Job and Family Services is accepting applications for flood emergency funds to be utilized.

The Governor declared Pike County a state of emergency due to the flooding in September. Along with that, comes funding from the state.

The Disaster PRC Program started effective TODAY, October 13th, 2026.

It will run through November 30th, 2026 or until funds are exhausted (whichever comes first).

This program will serve families with minor children but also non-TANF households as well. (adults 55+ without minor children in the home) Both will need to be income eligible.

🚨 A Friendly Reminder About Trash, Burning Trash, & Our Sewer Systems 🚨

We recently had the sewer department find Happy Meal toys, flushable wipes, sauce containers, and other trash sitting FULL in the sewer tanks. 😳

Just because something is small enough to flush doesn't mean it belongs in the toilet!

🚽 The ONLY things that should be flushed are:
• Toilet paper
• Human waste

Even products labeled “flushable” wipes can cause problems. They may go down the toilet, but they don't break down like toilet paper and can contribute to clogs and sewer issues.

🗑️ Trash needs to be disposed of properly. Please don't use the toilet, drains, ditches, or surrounding property as a trash can.

🔥 And if you burn household trash: please remember that not everything belongs in a burn pile. Never burn plastics, rubber, Styrofoam, food containers, treated or painted wood, electronics, batteries, aerosol cans, or other materials that can release toxic fumes or create dangerous debris.

A small amount of trash may seem harmless, but when it becomes a regular habit, it creates problems for you, your neighbors, the sewer system, and the environment.

If you don't have regular trash service, please make arrangements for proper trash removal. The cost of disposing of trash properly is much cheaper than the cost of repairing a sewer system, septic system, plumbing, or dealing with the consequences of improper disposal.

We want to keep our properties, neighborhoods, and sewer systems clean and functioning properly. ❤️
Please dispose of your trash properly. And please keep ALL trash out of the toilets. 🚽🗑️
