As a child of a commercial developer and residential firm owner, there was no question in her mind which career path she would take. Kacki has a passion for marketing, social media and networking. Her award-winning qualifications and people skills make her a natural fit for buyers and sellers. Kacki combines her talent for marketing, desire to help others and love of real estate to represent her clients at the highest level. Making sure that they feel confident in their decision making, knowledge of the local market, insuring highest return on investment and a smooth transaction from contract to close. At the start of her real estate career, Kacki was an on-site agent for Standard Pacific Homes (now CalAtlantic/Lennar) and can truly say that she is a new construction expert. While there, she obtained the Million Dollar Silver Circle Award with a top JD Powers customer service ranking. Her career path took the back burner when her first son was born and she took a break from real estate to stay home and raise her children. While at home, Kacki's creativity, love for marketing and drive to succeed led her to start up a manufacturing company. In just three years, her idea came to fruition with her products being wholesaled across the US to retailers including Hallmark, Cracker Barrel and numerous Collegiate book stores. Kacki and her husband Chris settled in Waxhaw 14 years ago. Together with their 2 boys (12 and 14) and Golden Retrievers Marshall and Cooper, they have found their place to call home. Finally, it has come full circle for Kacki.
