A special and bittersweet day for my sellers, who sold their starter home today in Delco! 🙌

After 8 years in their first home, my sellers knew their family was outgrowing the space they did not once require when purchased in 2018. We came up with a plan that helped them prepare to list and price their home properly for the open market while they searched for their next home. 👀

We received multiple offers on Circle Terrace well over asking but after signing our winning offer and getting through almost all contingencies, the buyer backed out to no fault of the sellers. Instead of panicking, we had multiple back up offers ready and lined up still ready which kept us on schedule to settle on their new home later this week! Our new buyer was so very happy to receive the call and it was a very happy and joyous settlement! 🎉
