🏡 Here’s something I’ve learned…

A house can be remodeled.

A neighborhood can’t.

When you’re looking for a home, pay attention to more than the square footage. Drive the area at different times of the day. Check out the local parks. Visit a nearby restaurant. See what the community feels like.

You can always update a kitchen.

It’s a lot harder to change how you feel when you pull into the neighborhood every day.

🔨 One of the reasons I enjoy woodworking is because it reminds me of real estate.

If I think waiting six months will put you in a better financial position, that’s exactly what I’ll tell you.

I’d rather earn your trust than make a quick commission.
