After over 30 years in real estate, I’ve seen a few descriptions that need a little translation! 😅

These are just for fun, but here’s the serious part - don’t judge a home by the wording or photos alone.

“Back on market” doesn’t automatically mean there’s a problem with the property. Ask why the last deal fell through.

And that “handyman special”? Find out how much work it actually needs before deciding it’s a bargain.

Sometimes a home that sounds like hard work is worth a second look. Sometimes beautiful photos don’t tell the whole story.
