Quick Story:
Three years ago, reached out to me through one of my websites to find a rental here in Michigan, she was moving up from Ohio. We secured her a rental in Waterford and a year later we moved her to a rental in Ferndale, and then about 4 months ago her mom decided she is going to move to Michigan as well. So ecstatic for my client! She put her house on the market, sold her home, is moving to a different state, and getting married all in the same two months!

Quick Story:

My client held on to my just sold card from another house that had sold in the neighborhood for 6 months and then when the time came she picked up the phone and called me, we got her house on the market, and it went under contract in one day! After we got through the inspection period, we had a hiccup with the association and a handrail that had to be put on, it could have killed the deal, but instead we got on the phone and called everyone who could help until we got it done and saved the deal and closed on the home.
