A word of advice:
Your record has nothing to do with you purchasing a home….yes you can be a felon.
Being a felon only applies to your rental background.

No one can judge you in your own home but they can judge you before allowing you to move into theirs.

Evictions only go along with your rental history. Evictions have nothing to do with you purchasing a home.

The reason for each of your scores being a different number is because all companies don’t report to the same credit bureau.

When purchasing a home the lenders go off your middle score and for some as long as your above 580 you can purchase with a steady credit history background.

The Higher the score the better y’all !

Higher score the lower the interest rate, the lower the score the higher the interest rate.

If you’re not a first time homebuyer as long as you haven’t owned a home in 3 years you qualify for the benefits of being a first time homeowner again. Don’t count yourself out!

Fix your credit !!!!
