A house like this takes about a thousand decisions.

Every one of them belonged to the people living here. That’s what we mean by fully custom.

Another client home filled with decisions that make it a step above the rest.

How did it start? They reached out to us to start a game plan.

Close enough to be part of the house. Far enough to feel like its own place.

A cigar room above the garage. You walk there without going outside, but you feel like you left when you arrive.

That balance is a planning decision, not a decorating one.

The best part of finishing a house is finding out what the client actually thought.

You spend a year and change on something. You make a thousand decisions together. Then they move in, and you hope the thing you built holds up to the version they had in their head the whole time.

Tina Cameron told us. On camera, in her own words, about the pieces of building with Romanelli & Hughes that stood out to her and why the experience was what it was.

That kind of feedback is the whole scorecard. We are grateful she was willing to give it.

If you are thinking about building and want to start with a conversation, reach out. No pitch, no pressure.

Cozy is a construction decision, not a decorating one.

This homeowner wanted the room to feel lived in from the first night. That meant building the wall around the fireplace instead of hanging things on it afterward.

A house does what you ask it to when you ask early enough.
