This week’s DEI training at the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors gave me a lot to reflect on 💚

One of the most powerful reminders:
Equity is not just about race.

It’s about understanding that people have different experiences, barriers, perspectives, and needs and what is equitable can change depending on the room we’re in.

One of my biggest takeaways:

Learning how to shift perspective, communication, and approach is valuable not only in leadership and business—but also in our homes, relationships, and communities.

Most agents are using AI wrong… 👀

After attending a Brokers Mastermind Roundtable, one thing became very clear
AI is only as powerful as the instructions you give it.

One of the biggest takeaways I learned was this framework:

✔ Goal✔ Format✔ Warnings✔ Context

When you structure prompts correctly, the results are completely different.

And here’s the truth…You probably already have the tools you need. ChatGPT, Canva, your CRM, automation tools you just need to know how to use them strategically.
