Funny how some things just click…

When I got into the mortgage business, it just made sense. Helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, being part of that moment when they get the keys… it felt right from day one.

Fast forward 20 years, and wow… things have changed. Technology, guidelines, speed, expectations, everything moves faster now. But one thing hasn’t changed… people still need someone they can trust to guide them through it.

That’s the part I’ve never lost. The relationships, the conversations, the problem solving… that’s what this business is really about.

20 years in, and I still love what I do.

Motivation comes and goes. Everyone feels fired up on the easy days. But discipline is what shows up when you’re tired, busy, stressed, or when nobody is watching. It’s the early mornings, the extra reps, the late nights, and the commitment to keep moving forward even when it’s hard.

Success in any field, sports, business, or life, isn’t built in one big moment. It’s built through small, disciplined actions repeated every single day.

When I first stepped into the mortgage industry, I didn’t know exactly where the road would lead. Like most people starting something new, I was just focused on learning, working hard, and figuring things out one step at a time.

But after getting a small taste of success… I knew this was the industry for me.

There’s nothing like being part of one of the biggest moments in someone’s life and knowing you helped make it happen. That feeling never really gets old.
