An interesting thing about real estate is how quickly people “know.”
My clients can feel it almost immediately when a house is the right fit. They slow down.�They linger in rooms longer.�They start picturing where their furniture would go (without even realizing it).
�Sometimes they smile before they’ve said a single word.
And sometimes… the opposite happens just as fast.

That’s what my article in this month’s Whitefish Living was about: “The Front Door Effect.”

It’s not about the price or the staging, or whether the countertops are trending.
