In observance of Independence Day, the 39Nineteen Leasing Office will be closed Friday, July 3, 2026.

39NINETEEN APARTMENTS - POOL RULES
Pool hours are: 10:00 A.M. TO 10:00 P.M. during pool season. We will close the pool after Labor Day weekend in September.
POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSED ON MONDAYS FOR POOL MAINTENANCE
Observe pool rules posted in the pool area. For the safety of all concerned, no equipment, furniture or fixtures are to be tampered with, as they are not toys. The pool phone box is for emergencies only. Dial 9 1 1 for EMS or police emergency.
Residents can bring no more than two guests. Guests must be accompanied by the residents the entire time they are at the pool. Swimming at your own risk as there is not a lifeguard on duty.
Residents and guests must be especially careful in supervising and watching their children at the pool. No one under the age of 12 will be allowed in the pool or pool area without an adult resident supervising. Residents and guests must always be responsible to ensure that young children do not leave their apartment unnoticed and wander into the pool areas.
The owner is not responsible for residents’ belongings that are lost, damaged or stolen.
Only proper swimming attire is allowed in the pool. No cut-offs, jeans, underwear, etc.
No diving or horseplay is permitted in the pool / pool area. The pool should not be used as a toilet at any time.
No glass containers, No alcoholic beverages, No pets, and No loud music permitted in the pool area.
Pool area gates are not to be propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily. It is the duty of all guests and residents to ensure that all pool gates are closed securely when entering or leaving the pool area.
The two gates near the office windows are service gates only and are not for resident usage. Do not open or use these gates.
Failure to follow the rules above can result in lease violations and/or loss of pool usage.
