Big congrats to Raychel and Cameron for closing on their Lakeside City home yesterday!🎉

We looked at houses for months and ended up making an offer on the very last home we looked at on the very last day of our search! With their previous home already under contract, it was time to make a decision and this house came on the market at just the perfect time!🙌

Although the road to closing wasn’t easy, Raychel and Cameron had a good attitude the whole time and trusted me to get it closed!🤝

Starting July off with a BOOM!🎇

The military brought the Colemans to Wichita Falls and they planned to rent for their time here. After a year, they changed their mind and decided to buy! They put so much faith in me to find them a home. I don’t think I’ve ever had a client that said “just schedule some showings of houses you think we would like!” But we found a great house to make Texas sized memories in!
