September 11, 2001, became a day etched into the heart of our nation. And now, 25 years later, we pause once again to honor those we lost, those who served, those who sacrificed, and those who carried the weight of that day long after the world moved forward.

May we never forget the lives behind the numbers.
May we never forget the courage.
May we never forget how, in one of our darkest moments, we came together.

What are you paying for that you no longer use?

It’s an interesting question—and one homeowners don’t always think about.

That extra bedroom that hasn’t been used in months.

The formal dining room you walk through but rarely sit in.

The big backyard that once hosted kids and birthday parties but now mostly means mowing.

The pool everyone promised they’d use.

The extra garage space, acreage, or finished basement that made perfect sense at one stage of life.

Our homes are often chosen for the life we were living at the time. But life changes.

Kids grow up. Families change. Hobbies change. Priorities shift. And sometimes the home that once fit perfectly starts requiring more time, money, and energy than it gives back.
