🌟💗 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: BRENDA! 💗🌟

Meet Brenda, the newest member of our Parklane family! 🏡✨

Brenda is Parklane’s Assistant Manager and, more importantly, Amber’s right-hand woman! 😉 She helps keep the office running, assists our residents, jumps in wherever she’s needed, and does her best to keep Amber sane along the way. 😂

Even though she’s the newest member of the team, Brenda has fit right in! She brings a great sense of humor, plenty of laughs, and just the right amount of sarcasm to keep everyone on their toes. 😜

We’re so happy to have Brenda as part of Team Parklane and can’t wait for our residents to get to know her even better!

💚🌟 EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION — OUR FEARLESS LEADER, AMBER! 🌟💚

Today we want to take a moment to recognize the amazing woman who helps keep Parklane Apartments going every single day — our manager, Amber! 🏡

Amber is so much more than a manager. She is an incredible leader with a genuinely caring heart. She cares about our residents, our community, and her team, and it shows in everything she does.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes to keep a community like Parklane running smoothly, and Amber works incredibly hard to make sure things get done. She leads by example, tackles the hard days right alongside us, celebrates the good ones, and is always willing to listen, help, and find a way forward. 💚

We are incredibly grateful to have a leader who not only works hard but truly cares about the people around her. Parklane simply wouldn’t be the same without you, Amber!

🔧💪 MEET SHAWN OUR OTHER MAINTENANCE ROCKSTAR! 💪🔧

Every great team needs that person who you can always count on to jump in and help — and for us, that’s Shawn! 🙌
Shawn is the definition of a TEAM PLAYER! No matter what needs to be done, how busy the day gets, or where an extra set of hands is needed, Shawn is always willing to step up and help.
In fact, we like to call him our resident “YES MAN!” 😂
“Hey Shawn, can you help with this?”
Shawn: YES! ✅
“Shawn, do you have a minute?”
Shawn: YES! ✅
“Shawn, we need some help over here!”
Shawn: I’M ON IT! 🔧💨
His willingness to jump in wherever he’s needed, help his coworkers, take care of our residents, and do whatever it takes to keep our community running smoothly makes him such an important part of our team!
