✨Clay Gagnon and I can’t wait to watch Hyde’s Addition come to life. Landmark Commercial Real Estate

Hyde Park and all of the Lady Streets have always held a special place in my heart. I love representing properties with character alongside visionaries like Janelle King and Paige Jordan, who can see what they have the potential to become.

Can we just talk about how adorable a salon could be here? I’m picturing true vintage finishes inspired by scenes from Steel Magnolias and Cry-Baby. Picture pastel colors, chrome accents, vintage hood dryers, beehives, and all the charm of a classic neighborhood beauty shop. It would feel like stepping onto a movie set while still being fresh, fun, and uniquely Wichita.

I can already picture friends grabbing coffee, shopping local boutiques, enjoying a drink, and ending the day with a salon appointment. That’s the kind of neighborhood destination Hyde’s Addition has the potential to become, and I couldn’t be more excited to watch it all come to life.
