Take snacks out of original bag and portion an amount in a bowl or on plate. Our brain is not very good about creating stopping points when it comes to delicious foods like chips, candy, and other crunchy things.

When the bowl is empty, you're done. BONUS TIP: try brushing your teeth after you have a snack to stop you from eating more!
