With this particular Home being built in the 1970s, it is VERY important that the buyer knows these defects are present and need to be addressed before purchasing.

Mableton is one of the newest cities in Georgia… but it’s also one of the oldest communities.

It was originally incorporated as a city back in 1912, but just 4 years later (1916) it actually gave up its city status after a flood caused major infrastructure costs. Over a century later, residents voted to become a city again in 2023—making it a rare case of a city that essentially “came back to life.”
