During a long career in the Printing Industry which included business owner, customer service and office manager, my husband and I started investing and buying property as a hobby. Throughout this time, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience managing our own properties, which led into my current career in property management as the owner of 25+ homes and President of Top Shelf Property Management, Inc.

🎉🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ASHLEY! 🎂🎉

Today we’re celebrating our VP of Operations, Ashley — otherwise known as the woman who somehow manages to keep everyone and everything from completely falling apart!

Ashley is juggling it ALL: being a mom to both humans and dogs 🐶, a wife, sister, daughter, friend, and one seriously hard-working business owner/operations guru. Add in HOA questions, lease administration, owner communication, endless details, and the daily chaos of working alongside her family and two other crazy girls… and we honestly don’t know how she still has a smile on her face!

And yet, somehow, she handles it all with grace, poise, patience, and a fun spirit — even when the rest of us are testing that patience on a regular basis. 😉

We’re incredibly lucky to have her — not just as our VP of Operations, but as our family, friend, and partner in all the craziness that is Top Shelf. ❤️

So today, we hope you get to put down the HOA questions, ignore the lease administration, silence the phone, and let someone else handle the chaos for a change! You’ve earned it! 🥂
