Site Visit #2 today with the BRX Development team and the incredible Apex Real Estate sales team brought us to a truly one-of-a-kind project in 📍Sunapee, NH.

This 15-unit luxury townhome community is more than just another development site — it’s rock & roll history.
This is the exact property where Aerosmith got their start. The original barn where the band first played and rehearsed once stood on this site before being carefully demolished as part of the redevelopment process.

But the story does not end there. Portions of the original barn are being preserved and incorporated into a future tribute barn on the property — a way to honor the history of the site while creating something completely new for the next generation.

There’s something different about standing on raw land with a team that can already see the future streets, homes, lighting, energy, and life that will eventually fill the site. That vision is what drives us.
