Marie has a unique ability to notice the small details others might overlook, whether it’s remembering a resident’s routine, anticipating a need, or stepping in before an issue becomes a concern. She consistently goes the extra mile, never shying away from the hard tasks and always willing to do what it takes to ensure residents feel comfortable, supported, and valued.
Beyond her dedication to residents, Marie is an incredible team player and is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. With her extensive knowledge and experience, including insights gained prior to joining Arch, she’s a trusted resource for her team and generously shares her expertise to help navigate challenges as they arise.
