We had a great time out on the course supporting an incredible cause at the Communities in Schools Lexington/Davidson County golf tournament!⛳️

This event helps provide vital resources and support to students in our local community, and we're proud to play even a small part in making a difference.

We were glad to sponsor a team and spend the day alongside one of our valued partners, Bradford Siteworks—thank you to Chandler Bradford and his wife for joining us! It’s always meaningful to build relationships both on and off the job site.

A big thank you to Garrett Neal with Neal Civil Engineering for inviting us and helping organize such a well-run event. And a special shoutout to Shaylen Brown, Executive Director of CIS Lexington/Davidson County, for doing an amazing job bringing everything together—we truly enjoyed being part of it.

The day couldn’t have been better—beautiful weather, great company, and amazing food courtesy of Old North State Club.

We also had some fun along the way—our team even got to help out by running the putting competition at Hole 1!

Site work is well underway at Springvale Hill Ext, the next phase of growth within Welden Village in Kernersville. Grading operations are actively reshaping the landscape as Thomas Stanley Grading prepares for upcoming utility installation and infrastructure development.

This phase represents another step forward in the continued expansion of Welden Village—a thoughtfully designed, mixed-use community spanning more than 400 acres in the heart of the Triad.

Springvale Hill Ext will introduce a mix of residential opportunities that complement the broader vision for Welden Village with 61 single-family homes and 75 townhomes.
