Real story: a family wanted a modern home near great schools and parks. Lake Nona felt out of reach at first, but by getting pre-approved, watching neighborhood days-on-market, and being flexible on finishes (but not on location), we locked in the right home without overpaying.

Lesson? In today’s Orlando market, strategy beats speed. Focus on lifestyle must-haves, then tailor your search around those.
