Real Estate Listing Coordinator

About Us:
At Abby Nelson Group, we provide outstanding service and make every real estate journey seamless and stress-free. We’re seeking an organized Listing Coordinator to join our team!

Position Overview:
Support listings from pre-listing through closing by managing property information, showings, client and vendor communication, offers, and professional marketing.

A REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS NOT NEEDED, BUT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Top 3 Responsibilities:

1. Manage Listings & Sellers
Oversee pre-listing and active listings, ensuring information and documents are complete. Coordinate appointments, photography, video, lockboxes, and other services. Maintain accurate MLS listings.

2. Coordinate Showings & Inquiries
Coordinate showings with buyers, agents, and sellers. Handle inquiries, collect feedback, and help facilitate and respond to offers professionally.

3. Support Pricing & Sales Strategies
Assist with price reductions and updates. Support strategies that maximize exposure and interest. Monitor activity and communicate opportunities or concerns.

Daily Responsibilities:
Maintain organized email, phone, CRM, and listing files. Respond promptly to inquiries, coordinate with all parties, track offers, update files and spreadsheets, communicate updates, and help transition listings from active to pending. Proactively resolve issues and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:
• Real estate industry experience.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional with clients, agents, and vendors.
• Comfortable with CRM, MLS, DotLoop, Microsoft Office, and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with listings, contracts, offers, and client information.
• Proactive problem-solver who works independently and with a team.

Salary & Schedule:
Starting pay: $23.00 per hour.
Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM. After training, weekends will be work from home.
