Please join us in congratulating Luis Ortiz, Maintenance Supervisor at The Dahlia in West Melbourne, on his 10 year anniversary with Epoch Residential!
Throughout his time with Epoch, Luis has worked at more than five communities across our portfolio and helped bring several of our lease-up communities to life - making him something of an Epoch lease-up pro! He’ll put that experience to work again when he joins our next lease-up, Delmara Asturia.
Luis’s manager, Kyle Mong, shared:
