They’re about to experience the luxury of owning their very first home. 🤍

This one came to us through a Realtor friend in the Green Bay area who is taking some time away from actively practicing real estate. She trusted Kim and me to take care of her clients while she’s away, and we are so grateful she thought of us.

Thank you for trusting us with them we’re honored to carry the torch! And honestly, making the trek to Green Bay was an easy yes.

Rachael & Kim do it again! Another happy seller and another incredible buyer!

About three years ago, we were invited into 5321 Fox Run Drive for tea. We spent time with a lovely woman who lived here and who, in the process, reminded Rachael just how much she loves Europe.

She had the sweetest collection of little teapots and cups, all beautifully displayed throughout her home. It was one of those visits that sticks with you.

So when her family called us a few years later and asked if we would help sell the property, it was an easy yes.

We spent time consulting on what would make the home show-ready, worked through the preparations, and watched it come together beautifully. Now, it’s ready for its next chapter.

This was a one-owner home, and today it officially became a two-owner home.
