August. ❤️ What a month.
4 CLOSED. 3 PENDING. And incredibly grateful to be recognized as an August Top Performer with my Keller Williams office.
But when I look at everything that happened in just this one month, I don't really see numbers or transactions.
I see PEOPLE.
I see buyers who trusted me to fight for them in multiple offers. I see sellers closing one chapter and getting ready to begin another. I see buyers beyond excited to walk into their brand-new construction home. I see people trusting me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.
And THAT is why I still love what I do.
Years ago, by the grace of God, I found Homes for Heroes, and somewhere along the way I realized I didn't want to build a real estate business simply around buying and selling houses.
I wanted to build one around PURPOSE.
People ask me all the time why I willingly give up such a significant portion of my commission on transaction after transaction.
The answer is because I genuinely want to.
This year alone, I've already given more than $40,000 back to heroes. ❤️🇺🇸
Firefighters. Law enforcement. EMS. Veterans. Healthcare workers. Teachers. Linemen. The men and women who serve our communities every single day.
I have been given a life today that I truly consider a miracle. I can't explain it any other way. I am so incredibly grateful to be where I am, and I want whatever I do with this life to mean something.
Giving back to the same men and women who have allowed me the opportunity to live such a beautiful life fuels me. It fills my soul.
And in return, I trust God.
I truly believe that when I focus on serving others and doing what I feel He has called me to do, God gives me what He wants me to have, when He wants me to have it. That's how the world works for me. I don't see it any other way.
So when I look back at August — 4 closings, 3 pending closings and being recognized as a Top Performer — I'm incredibly grateful. 🏡❤️
But I'm even more grateful for WHY I get to do it.
To every client who trusts me, every past client who continues to refer me, and my incredible Keller Williams office, brokers and support system who continue to show up for me — THANK YOU.
None of this happens alone.
August was an incredible month, but the numbers will never be the part that matters most to me. The people, the purpose, the ability to give back, and the lives behind every one of these homes — that's what matters. ❤️
