1. LISTING PRICE
💰 What the seller is asking buyers to pay.
2. APPRAISED VALUE
📋 What an independent appraiser determines the home is worth, often for the lender when a buyer is getting a mortgage.
3. ASSESSED VALUE
🏷️ The value used by the local tax authority to calculate property taxes.

The important part? Don’t assume one value automatically equals the other.
