MIKE HACKENBERGER ~ Mike has been in the real estate industry since 1990. He has sold over $400 Million in real estate and consistently ranks among the top agents in his coverage area which is York and Adams Counties. Mike's primary focus within the team is to list homes and find buyers for those homes. His team frees him from administrative tasks so he can concentrate on helping his buyers and sellers to reach their real estate goals. When Mike is not working, he enjoys the outdoors including water skiing, scuba diving, boating, four-wheeling, snow skiing, and spending time with family and friends. MELISSA KEARNEY ~Melissa is the Team Manager & a licensed REALTOR® that has been in the real estate business with The Mike Hackenberger Team since 2000. Melissa focuses on providing the best service possible to our clients by working strictly with them. Whether it be listing a home or selling a home, she works with the clients from the beginning through to the settlement table. Her primary responsibility is to process listings and sales. From gathering information, scheduling appointments, advertising, entering the homes into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to scheduling settlements working closely with title, insurance and inspection companies. Melissa also keeps each client informed by providing ongoing feedback, so they are aware what is going on with their sale or purchase. When Melissa is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, their hunting camp, kayaking, tubing, fishing, shooting, hiking, swimming, gardening and reading. MARIA SPANAKIS- Maria Spanakis is a long time resident of York County and has been in real estate since 2017. Maria is also fluent in Spanish, which allows her to help Spanish-speaking clients buy and sell real estate. When working with clients, Maria asks a lot of questions. The better she understands her client's motivations and needs, the more effectively she performs as their agent. Maria knows just how important real estate decisions are and takes her role in her client's buying and selling journey very seriously. Maria loves helping people and building a strong relationship is most important. In Maria's free time, she loves spending time with family and friends.
