Your social media doesn’t need to constantly ask people for business.

Try this instead:

Teach something.
Answer something.
Explain something.
Show something.

The goal isn’t to convince everyone following you to move.

It’s to become someone they recognize as a useful real estate resource when the need eventually comes up.

Be helpful enough to remember.

Your sphere can’t refer business to you if they forget you’re in the business.

And staying visible doesn’t mean sharing your entire life, chasing followers or becoming an “influencer.”

It means consistently reminding the people who already know you:

📍 I’m paying attention to the market.
💬 I’m someone you can ask when you have a question.

Use social media as a tool — not a popularity contest.
