There’s something extra special about helping a first-time homebuyer get the keys to their very own home. This one came to me through a referral from a friend, which always means so much to me. I’m incredibly grateful every single time someone trusts me enough to send someone they care about my way. ❤️

Cancelled flights kept my buyer from making it to Virginia for closing but we didn’t let a little distance stop us! We got everything handled from afar and she is officially a HOMEOWNER! Now we just need her to get to Virginia so we can properly celebrate this huge milestone. 🏡
