Congratulations to my sellers as they head into their next chapter! 🏡✨
Every home and every market situation is different. Some homes hit the market and are instantly busy, while others take a little more strategy and patience. This home was the largest in the neighborhood, and while the price was a great value for Edmond, it was on the higher end for the neighborhood, so we knew the market response could go either way.
When we realized traffic was slower than expected, we stayed proactive, made a strategic price adjustment, and within two weeks we had an offer! 🙌
The pending period moved quickly (24 days), and my sellers absolutely hustled, not only packing and moving, but downsizing a house size (1600 sq ft)! So happy for them and grateful for the opportunity to guide them through the process!
