I keep hearing, “The Zionsville market feels slower.”
It does feel different — but slower doesn’t mean stopped. 🏡
Buyers have a little more time to think, sellers have to work a little harder to stand out, and we’re no longer making six-figure decisions at the speed of an Amazon checkout. 😂

I missed the parade this year and I’m still a little sad about it. 🥲
Thankfully, my friends sent me pictures... including this one of my friend Carolyn. She was in this same parade 40 years ago… and there she was again yesterday. 🤍
40 years later. Same tradition. Same little town I love.

This is so Zionsville. And yep, now I’m emotional. 😂🤍
