Each year, our team looks forward to delivering beautiful mums to special people in our community. But these aren’t just any mums.

We purchase them through Zionsville Community High School, with proceeds benefiting the school’s S.O.A.R.S. program - Student Opportunities to Achieve Real-life Success.

S.O.A.R.S. helps students in special education gain meaningful employment and volunteer experience, build confidence, and develop skills that prepare them for life beyond the classroom.

The gorgeous mums come from Jones Nursery, and we love that one simple fall tradition allows us to brighten someone’s day while supporting opportunities for Zionsville students to grow and thrive.

Growth is inevitable. The more interesting question is how a community grows without losing what made people choose it in the first place.

That's a conversation worth watching in Zionsville. The town's newly adopted comprehensive plan puts protecting community character alongside thoughtful development, economic opportunity, quality neighborhoods, and continued investment in the places and amenities residents value.

We're already seeing that growth take shape. Most recently, plans were approved for Dart Controls, a Zionsville company that's been part of the community since 1963, to add a new 39,525-square-foot office and warehouse facility along 106th Street.

For buyers and homeowners, these conversations matter. A community isn't defined only by the homes within it. It's also shaped by how it approaches growth, preserves its character, supports local businesses, and plans for what comes next.

That's the kind of local perspective we believe is worth paying attention to.
