Yes! We are still seeing homes receiving multiple offers! There are more opportunities for buyers, but it's important to be prepared. Here are some tips on how to win a multiple offer situation🏡

1) Work with an experienced real estate agent who can provide valuable insight and guidance throughout the process.

2) Make sure you’re pre-approved when submitting the offer. This shows the seller that you can actually afford their home!

3) Move quickly and submit your offer early. This is especially important in a competitive market, where time is of the essence.

4) Make a strong initial offer. In a multiple offer situation, it’s crucial to make a strong offer from the start.

5) Minimize contingencies. While some contingencies are necessary for your protection, try to keep them to a minimum. Sellers generally prefer offers with fewer contingencies as they reduce the chances of the deal falling through.

6) Be flexible and accommodating. Have your agent ask the seller what dates they prefer to close, which title company they prefer, and any other specific preferences.
