My buyer lives out of state, so before he books a flight, I drive the land.

This piece in Muskegon County had access to Lake Michigan. I started with the county GIS map, then went to see what the map can't show: the road in, the grade, how far the woods really run.

It wasn't the right fit for him. Knowing that early saved him a trip.

Selling? I do the same homework on your home, so your marketing answers buyers' questions before they ask.
